Patient Information
The 'Patient' Frameset is designed to make it easy to find additional information on a patient quickly. You get to this frameset by tapping on the Patinet button on the Main page or tapping on a patient number.

Patient Info This screen may appear one of two ways. In the first situation, the user has not viewed a visit for this patient. In this case, basic signalment is displayed along with information on the primary care provider (if available). If the user has recently viewed a visit, additional information specific to that visit such as admit date, clinician and student names, and visit summary status will be displayed. |

| Client Info - Displays basic information about the owner of this patient. Tapping on the client number will bring up additional information on that client. |  |
Appointments - Displays all appointments for this patient. Includes status of appointments (K=Kept, P=Pending, CC=Client Cancelled, VC=VMTH Cancelled, NS=No show). Tapping on the appointment number displays information on that appointment such as who entered it, what the presenting complaint was, etc. Tapping on the Visit number will take the user to that visit. |

| Visits - Displays all visits for this patient. Tapping on a visit number will take the user to that visit. Tapping on the patient number will bring up additional information to the info page for this patient. |  |
| Diagnostics - List of all diagnostics for this patient. Includes labsheet links to allow visualization of trends. |  |
| Procedures & Consults - Links to all procedures & consults for this patient. |  |
| Pharmacy / CS - Allows the user to display all Central Service or Pharmacy purchases for this patient. |  |
| Messages - Displays all messages pertaining to this patient. |  |
