  2. I just bought a new device...How do I install the application on that?

    3. To generate a new unlock key, you'll have to 'deactivate' your old device. To do this, go to the 'Register Device' Page and click the link that says 'Deactivate this device'. This procedure will allow you to add a new device and generate a new unlock code.

    You should note, however, that you only have a limited number of times that you can do this... after that, you'll need to call to be able to register any additional devices. Top

    4. Just come back to the site and click on the 'Generate Unlock Key' link. Top

  4. I'm worried about losing my notes. What can I do to back them up?

    5. On the Pocket PC version of VetPDA-Rx, your personal notes are stored in a file (RxNotes.txt) in the My Documents directory of your PDA. Be sure to back this file up regularly if you use the notes functionality.Top

    6. Registered users who are logged in can click on the 'User Preferences' link on the left hand side of the screen.Top

  6. How do I find my DeviceID?

    7. On the Pocket PC, the device ID is displayed every time you start VetPDA-Rx. It is the 15 digit number found under your User Name.

    On the Palm, it is found by going to the iSilo 'Tools' menu, then selecting 'System Information'. Top
